Job Title: Part Time Plowing and Operations Tech

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Plowing and Operations Tech to join our field services team in Colorado. This locally based position involves routine operation of plowing and road equipment with the possibility to grow into the water treatment technician. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in various environmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors weather and road conditions in the Lyons/Estes area with the ability to quickly respond to weather events and client needs.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs road equipment.
- Respond to customer service needs in a timely manner
- Ensure safe and passable roadways both during the winter and summer
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in road maintenance and equipment maintenance operations
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with physical labor, working outdoors in varied weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Compensation and Benefits:
- $24.00 - $32.00 / Hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Water Treatment Operator to join our field services team in Colorado. This route-based position involves traveling to multiple customer locations across the state to perform routine operation, monitoring, maintenance, and repair of water and wastewater treatment systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in various environmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor water and/or wastewater treatment systems at various client locations
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on treatment equipment
- Collect water samples and conduct field testing for quality control and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate logs, service reports, and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- Respond to customer service needs and system alarms in a timely manner
- Ensure safe and compliant handling of chemicals and materials
- Travel regularly throughout Colorado, with overnight stays as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Colorado Class D (or higher) Water and/or Wastewater Operator Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 1–3 years of experience in water/wastewater operations, plumbing, or a related technical field
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with physical labor, working outdoors in varied weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Colorado (company vehicle provided)
Compensation and Benefits:
